Introduction of Gas-Insulated Switchgear
- For the distribution of electrical power, TUNGWELL offers various gas-insulated switchgear types, which can be used in transformer and distribution systems of power grid and power plant, as well as in industrial medium-voltage systems, e.g. mining industry, petrifaction & metallurgy industry.
- In all these applications, gas-insulated switchgear technology from TUNGWELL provides exceptional advantages in respect of climatic independence, personal safety and maintenance-free design. For the customer, this offers the high benefit of maximum supply reliability in his network, both as a provider of customers and as an energy supplier for production processes.
- Fixed-mounted circuit-breaker switchgear is indoor, factory-assembled, type-tested, single-pole metal-enclosed, gas-insulated switchgear with metallic partitions, for single-busbar and double-busbar applications, as well as for traction power supply systems.
- XGN55-27.5 GIS has independent intellectual property rights, owns two inventions, four practical new-type patents.
- XGN55-27.5 GIS designs refer to GB3906,TB/T2803 and EN standard etc, and has completed all type tests.
- Using SF6 gas insulated and vacuum interrupter technology and touching-type solid interface insulated voltage transformer and surge arrester. The design is modular with high degree of integration and miniaturization.
- The life of three position switch can be up to 10000 times.
- All high voltage components are sealed in a low pressure SF6 gas filled stainless steel cabinets with laser cutting and laser welding technology to ensure excellent are tightness.
- The switchgear has the advantage of high reliability, economical and practical, flexible combination, few maintenance.
- The switchgear is safe and can be used at different conditions of different altitudes, temperature, humidity, and pollution and condensation site.
- According to the special requirements of passenger dedicated line, the switchgear can be run 20 minutes at least when the current is up to 4000A.
